July AC/HMD End + NPCS/History Page

Hello! Our July AC/HMD has ended. The following characters/journals are slated for removal (not counting the characters in the recent drop post because they did actually respond to the HMD first):

In other news, I have added a new page: NPCS & A History of Mallow Hallow. This page gives you more information on the various rulers of Mallow Hallow, and the history of Mallow Hallow itself -- as well as why people are getting sucked into it, and what's at stake for the country. Unfortunately I can't add this as a sidebar link (the communities are at their limits for such), but I did add it as a link to the NPC voicemail. I hope you enjoy learning more about your glorious leaders and country!
